Stewed Soy chip

                          

Ingredients:

  • SUNSHINE [EVERBEST] FRESH SOY CHIP 300g
  • Broccoli, carrot, mushroom, agaricus mushroom, red chilli(cut slice)

Seasoning

1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1tsp light soy sauce, pinch of sugar, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper powder, tapioca flour as needed

Cooking Methods

  • Cut SUNSHINE [EVERBEST] FRESH SOY CHIP into half, deep fry it in preheated oil until golden brown colour, then remove and drain
  • Add in ingredients B and water to boil
  • Add in seasoning and tapioca starch to thicken
  • Finally,add in deep fried SUNSHINE [EVERBEST] FRESH SOY CHIP to stew until cook but not soggy with low heat, ready to serve
