Spaghetti

Ingredients:


  • SUNSHINE [EVERBEST] VEG. SOYA PAKODA
  • tomatoes, various bell pepper, mushroom
  • olive oil
  • pasta, celery leaves or basil leaves

Sauce Ingrerdients:

  • tomato puree (5 tomatoes)
  • 2 tbsp black pepper sauce, 1/2 tbsp salt, margarine

Sauce Cooking Methods:

  • preheat olives oil, stir fry tomatoes, various bell pepper, mushroom and SUNSHINE [EVERBEST] VEG. SOYA PAKODA until fragrant
  • Add in all sauce ingredients and some water to stir fry
  • After boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Pasta Cooking method

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook for 5 minutes ot until al dente. Drain, and toss with the prepared sauce. Top with celery leaves or basil leaves to serve

Kitchen secret

pasta should cook to a little elastic when you bite down,do not half cooked. Pasta drain and mix with olive oil to prevent it from sticking together
