Golden Soya Pakodas

                          

Ingredients:

  • SUNSHINE [Everbest] VEG. ROASTED CHICKEN 250 g
  • Some ginger flower(Shredded), some curry leaves (Chopped), various bell pepper, chilli

Seasoning

1 tbsp light soy sauce , 2 tbsp tomato sauce , 2 tbsp chilli sauce , 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce , 1tsp sugar and tapioca flour as needed

Cooking Methods

  • Deep fry SUNSHINE [Everbest] VEG. ROASTED CHICKEN until golden brown crispy
  • Preheat oil, stir fry ingredients B and seasoning until fragrant
  • Add in water and sugar, and then add tapioca flour to thicken
  • Finally, add in SUNSHINE [Everbest] VEG. ROASTED CHICKEN to slightly stir fry, ready to serve
