Goan curry with Veg Soya pakoda


Ingredients:

  • 4 dry red chillies(deseeded)
  • Fresh garlic 5 cloves
  • 1/2 fresh ginger
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • 250 g SUNSHINE [EVERBEST] VEG. SOYA PAKODA

Directions

Add all the raw ingredients into a grinder and mix well. Keep adding coconut milk. Put all the grinded ingredients into a frying pan and add the rest of the coconut milk. Let boil and then add the SUNSHINE [EVERBEST] VEG. SOYA PAKODA and let simmer on low heat for 20 mins.Serve hot with rice or chapattis
