Curry White Soya Chunks



  • Sunshine (Everbest) veg White Soya Chunks 250g
  • 2 potatoes(steamed)
  • Curry paste 200g, coconut milk or evaporated milk 120g(1/3 cup), some curry leaves


1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt

Cooking Methods

  • Cut Sunshine (Everbest) veg White Soya Chunks into big cubes, deep fry until golden color and spare
  • Stir fry curry paste add in curry leaves, water and seasoning to cook until boil
  • Then add in Sunshine (everbest) veg White Soya Chunks and potatoes, cook for another 3 minutes
  • Finally, add in coconut milk /evaporated milk, cook until boil, ready to serve

Kitchen Secret:

The curry will be more delicious with own made curry paste, and the spiciness is adjustable.
